The events include Pilates, Holistic Exercise and also Positive Mind Resetting which teach you how to deal with stresses in your life in a much easier and effective way. You will be given the tools to be able to change the way you approach certain situations and deal with issues internally.

If you've never tried Pilates or Yoga before, this is a great opportunity to learn something new. Weekend retreats offer the experience of learning how to cook healthy, nutritious food and all food offered on the retreats are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, no processed sugar or oil. They are also a great way to meet lots of like-minded people. The retreats are a way to iron out all the creases and you'll leave feeling reset and ready to take on the world!
