You will receive 3 bespoke workouts per week via email. They will be easy to download and the sequences will maximise the time you have. The workouts will challenge different muscle groups and with a variety of isolation strength movements and high-intensity interval training, you will see results fast. The workouts are fast fun and effective.

You will receive one Pilates video per week which is essential in helping you to create a better posture and bring awareness on body alignment and how to workout efficiently using the correct muscles.

You will also receive a nutritional guide to help keep your diet on track

7:45am-8:45am – Power Pilates : Mat Power
2:00pm-5:30pm – PT/Massage
6:00pm – 7:00pm Pilates Mat Work : Beginners/Intermediate
7:15pm- 8:15pm – Pilates Mat Work : Intermediate/Advanced

Wednesday Class 

6:30am-7:30am Power Pilates : Cardio
7:45am-8:45am – Barre
12:30pm-1:30pm – Lunchtime Pilates Mat Work
2:00pm-5:30pm – PT/Massage
6:00pm – 7:00pm – Flex Band
7:15pm – 8:15pm – Power Pilates : Dynamic Core

Thursday Class

Thursday 6:30am -7:30am Power Pilates : Feel the Burn
7:45am-8:45am – Restore and Repair
2:00pm – 5:30pm – PT/Massage
6:00pm-7:00pm – Barre
7:15pm – 8:15pm – Power Pilates : Total Body Fusion
