You will receive everything on offer in option 1 plus access to my online Premium Package which is worth £35 per week and gives you access to 23 classes per week. These classes are live but recordings are sent out daily so you can catch up at your convenience.

You will also receive a 5-day evening meal plan that will take into account your nutritional needs. Many people find exercising easy but staying on top of good nutrition is often the downfall. Lots of effort is wasted working out when the diet is not on point. The 5-day evening meal plan will include a proper balance and best sources of carbohydrate, to fuel your muscles and protein to build and repair muscles. The meals are fun and easy to prepare and you’ll enjoy a good variety which sneaks lots of veggies and whole foods onto your dinner plate so you effortlessly enjoy nutrient dense sources of vitamins and minerals without being boring.

12:30pm-1:30pm – Lunchtime Pilates Mat Work
2:00pm-5:30pm – PT/Massage
6:00pm – 7:00pm – Flex Band
7:15pm – 8:15pm – Power Pilates : Dynamic Core
