My PT style at the studio is to, first of all, teach you how to move correctly. Once the Pilates principles are established, you’ll be ready to start advancing your workouts with the knowledge of body alignment and proper technique.
To ensure that your personal training Pilates PT is tailored, safe and results-driven, as much information about your body, background, goals and motivations is necessary. Every new client will receive an in-depth consultation.
The private studio is comfortable and unintimidating and you’ll be able to communicate in confidence. You will never share the space with another client and have complete privacy with me. The studio offers a safe, confidential space in which you can exercise.
My method is to teach you how to move properly and then move onto an effective, results-driven combination of high-intensity interval training, strength training, power Pilates and plyometric training.
HIIT training is an effective way of lowering visceral body fat and reducing the risk of heart disease while the strength training focuses on building lean muscle and support around your joints and the Pilates will boost strength and Flexibility.
