STUDIO PILATES CLASSES

POWER PILATES : RISE AND SCULPT

A low impact, high intensity class that will work the whole body with a focus on sculpting and toning both the smaller and bigger muscles groups. The exercises will flow seamlessly from one to the next and you’ll leave feeling invigorated and ready to start your week! Suitable for all levels.

POWER PILATES : MAT POWER

A tougher Mat Work class with more reps and less rest. This class is dynamic and powerful and will include lots of the more challenging Pilates exercises. There will be modifications given for anyone who is new to Pilates.

PILATES MAT WORK : BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE

A slower, more controlled Pilates class that will work the entire body with a focus on connection, body alignment and body awareness. This is perfect for anyone new to Pilates and also those with more experience who would like a more technique focused class. There will be modifications as well as more advanced options. Something to suit all levels.

PILATES MAT WORK : INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

A tougher Mat class for those with more experience. The class is fast paced so an understanding of Pilates prior to this class is recommended, however, if this is the only time suited to your schedule, modifications can be given.

POWER PILATES : CARDIO

This is a high energy body weight class. You will improve your cardio fitness and it’s a definite pulse raiser! Be prepared to sweat. This class is intense but it’s suitable for all levels as you work at your own pace.

BARRE

Low impact, high burn ballet inspired workout. This class uses small controlled movements to improve core strength and stability.  High reps of micro movements will shape and tone your body, improve your posture and you’ll most certainly feel the burn! Suitable for all levels.

FLEX BAND

A low impact, quick and effective workout. The resistance bands will challenge your body and target both the smaller and larger muscle groups. Prepare to sweat, this is one class you are guaranteed to feel the burn! Suitable for all levels.

POWER PILATES : DYNAMIC CORE

This class pretty much does what it says on the tin! You will enjoy a Pilates Mat Work class with the focus being on moving from your centre and building a strong and stable core. It is a challenging class but if you’re just starting out, modifications can be given.

POWER PILATES : FEEL THE BURN

This session takes no prisoners! A tough class that challenges your core strength and works every muscle in the body through powerful Pilates exercises.

RESTORE AND REPAIR

This session is designed to release any tension that may have built up and calms your body and mind. This class has huge mental health benefits and is perfect for anyone dealing with stress. It’s also perfect for those who train at a high intensity as it helps to maintain a healthy balanced body and prevent injury.

POWER PILATES : TOTAL BODY FUSION

This is a fun class with combinations that keep your body moving. The class includes standing and Mat work to challenge your balance, control and stability and also uses Flex Bands.
