Online Class Description
This is session focuses on the basic principles of Pilates and how to engage the smaller muscles. This is suitable for anyone new to Pilates, anyone with an injury or condition and also great as a refresher for anyone more advanced.
A ballet inspired workout combining elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre helps to strengthen and tone your body without increasing bulk, increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism which help to burn calories. Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements and is fantastic for improving posture. You do not need to be a ballerina to benefit from this awesome workout!
This session is aimed at those who are more experienced and need to be pushed
POWER PILATES- FEEL THE BURN
A high intensity total body workout that will get your heart rate up and increase your overall strength. You will be encouraged to dig deep and this series of power moves finishing with an abdominal series is guaranteed to make you sweat!
POWER PILATES- UPPER BODY
This session focuses on upper body using small weights (bottles of water or tins of baked beans!) to give you a challenge for your arms and upper body. You will learn how to stabilise and connect from your centre. It’s the smaller muscles that need the most attention and this session will focus on just that. The weights are light but the burn is huge!
PILATES DYNAMIC FLOW
This session will combine mobility, strength and flow. It aims to enhance your range of mobility and is a great opportunity to tap into the mind and body connection.
Using the Pilates Bender Ball, you will activate multiple muscle groups at the same time. This means you will get more out of your workout and find deeper connections. The balls provide you with feedback, helping you to achieve more. They are also used to help with posture, technique and alignment.
POWER PILATES : RISE AND SCULPT
A low impact, high intensity class that will work the whole body with a focus on sculpting and toning both the smaller and bigger muscles groups. The exercises will flow seamlessly from one to the next and you’ll leave feeling invigorated and ready to start your week! Suitable for all levels.
POWER PILATES: CARDIO
This is a high energy body weight class. You will improve your cardio fitness and it’s a definite pulse raiser! Be prepared to sweat. This class is intense but it’s suitable for all levels as you work at your own pace.
POWER PILATES : DYNAMIC CORE
This class pretty much does what it says on the tin! You will enjoy a Pilates Mat Work class with the focus being on moving from your centre and building a strong and stable core. It is a challenging class but if you’re just starting out, modifications can be given.
RESTORE AND REPAIR
This session is designed to release any tension that may have built up and calms your body and mind. This class has huge mental health benefits and is perfect for anyone dealing with stress. It’s also perfect for those who train at a high intensity as it helps to maintain a healthy balanced body and prevent injury.
POWER PILATES : TOTAL BODY FUSION
This is a fun class with combinations that keep your body moving. The class includes standing and Mat work to challenge your balance, control and stability and also uses Flex Bands.
